DBA (Microsoft SQL developer)

The family-style company is looking for a talented Microsoft SQL developer to join our team.
To become a part of the UKAD team, make sure you are familiar with Microsoft SQL database.

And a few more points to match:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft SQL database development and management
  • Proficient in SQL programming, database design, and data modeling
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong capabilities to apply abstract thinking
  • Good communication and collaboration abilities (English)
  • Experience with cloud-based database deployments.

We also expect you to be a self-driven person because micromanagement and total control are not about UKAD. Feel free to choose technologies and solutions, in which you believe, as well as to be creative and responsible for the results.

Your typical tasks list:

  • Design, develop, and implement complex database systems, applications, and solutions using Microsoft SQL
  • Optimize and maintain existing databases to improve performance, scalability, and reliability
  • Use his knowledge and know-how to be able (quickly learn to) develop applications in Thinkwise
  • Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with data privacy laws and standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve database issues and performance bottlenecks.
