Your responsibilities:

- Craft positioning and messaging around strengths in staff augmentation, .NET/Azure, CMS migration, and AI
- Oversee website performance, SEO (English + 4 local versions), and coordinate link-building efforts
- Lead a small marketing team (designer, content writer); manage tasks and timelines
- Track key metrics and implement data-driven improvements
- Drive content creation: service pages, blog, landing pages, and client case studies
- Manage reviews (Clutch, etc.) and launch targeted ads
