We are seeking a skilled BI Developer with experience in Microsoft Fabric and Power BI. The ideal candidate is motivated by orchestrating data into business-valuable insights that support our leadership and business. The candidate should have a strong background in data integration, data transformation and modelling but also comfortable with data visualization together with our finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage Microsoft Fabric to ensure seamless data integration from multiple sources.
- Develop and maintain ETL pipelines to pull data from different business systems.
- Design, develop, and deploy interactive Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all reports and dashboards.
- Optimize data models and queries for performance and scalability.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI tools and features.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a BI Developer or similar role.
- Expertise in Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and data modeling.
- Experience with ETL tools and processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other BI tools and technologies.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
