- Prospecting: SDR identifies potential customers through methods like cold calling, email outreach, and social media
- Lead Qualification: SDR assesses the suitability of potential inbound leads for the company's products or services. (verification, identification, qualification)
- Appointment Setting: SDR schedules meetings with qualified leads for the sales team
- Sales Outreach: SDR establishes and maintains ongoing communication with potential customers Conducting initial negotiations, and collecting requirements
- Sales Support: SDR provides assistance to the sales team throughout the sales process
- Data Management: SDR maintains CRM management, filling the database with potential inbound and outbound clients
- Market Research: SDRs conduct research to identify new target markets and gather customer insights
- Collaboration: SDRs collaborate closely with the marketing team and sales team. Manage activities to attract potential clients via Linkedin and email
