• budget is strictly limited

 

Benefits and advantages:

• budget of the project is defined beforehand and you are confident in its observance
• risk of unforeseen expenses is minimum

 

Disadvantages:

• In case of the need to change core requirements, it is a must to agree and sign amendments to the contract
